Melatonin to regulate sleep
Works very well for my son. Melatonin helps him to sleep in about 40min after taking a pill.

Did not work
I have been using a different brand of Melatonin for the past year. I switched to this one because my old one has gluten in it. I did not even notice this one helping. Two nights in a row of little sleep. I ended up using my old one in the middle of the night just to finally get back to sleep. I will be looking further.

I didn't like it at all because it's a gell capsule and can't be divided in 2. I ordered 2 bottles and have no use for them.
