This works well, and a low dose is always better.

This product helps me go to sleep and stay a sleep. I have tried other melatonin but this dissolving one does it for me. I even have cut it in 1/2 and it works for a good 6 straight hours of sleep and I wake up refreshed. Swanson is less expensive then health food store locally.

I was recommended melatonin, because I Was sleeping two or three hour max and I will wake up and that was my night , now I am sleeping from 10:00pm to 4 or 5:00 am . I feel most better and I don't feel tired or sleepy during the day . It is working for me and I do recommend it too .
