Changed my son's life
Great deal and good price for 5htp in comparison to other brands. Much more for your money than other brands. Good taste and has been a game changer in my son's life as he has autism. He relies on this medicine to keep him in line and focused at school. Took him off the prescriptions from the doctor after a massive episode and this has changed him for the better. Much improvement and highly recommended.

Alternative To Swallowing
The chewable 100mg form of 5-HTP is a decent alternative to capsules but taste is just ok, but not unpleasant and more of a natural citrus-like flavor. Value for 80 count bottle is reasonable. The packaging used for delivery was overkill with much packing peanuts in a larger box than needed. A bubble padded envelope would be more appropriate for single bottle orders.
