I've hade success with this supplement , however, it does take about 3 weeks or more to notice a change. Does have a slight taste when swallowed, but should because of the ingredients are strong smelling ingredients.

If I don't take this I'll have a hot flash every hour and night sweats. Taking this reduces the hot flashes to one or two a day and the same with night sweats, sometimes I don't have any at all.

They work pretty good for my hot flashes.

I was having many hot flashes, this has really helped me, you can take three a day I take one to three depending on what I feel I need. I don't have issues with the moodiness or anything else so can't help with answers to those other things. Im 54 in perimenopause.

The product was a great price compared to some on the shelf. I like the natural ingredients that improve my feeling of good health.
