I noticed improvement after one month. At two month mark, I ran out and it was a week before my shipment arrived. After one week off of this product it became clear that it did the job and worked great and, more importantly, I needed it. I can honestly say I wish I had discovered it sooner. I plan to continue to order/use this.

This is a very good form of NADH and is needed for the body. Its 20 mg which is hard to find

Years ago my nutritionist recommended NADH for more energy so I knew it helped. I had not taken any in a couple years and had started relying on caffeine on colas and teas with Ribose. The caffeine helped but caused jitters. I decided to try NOW's ENADA with D-Ribose after reading Swanson's website description. After two weeks I can say the product gives me the all day energy I was hoping for. It is easy to swallow and I feel absolutely no ill side-effects with it. I am going to continue taking it.

NADH is our trusted and never-fail ENERGY; a daily capsule to ensure we have the energy we need to get up and go "do" whatever and for however long we need to! This has no caffeine or other artificial stimulants in it to cause nerve jitters or bathroom rushes. The reason I buy THIS bottle is that its formulated with a whopping dose of Ribose; which our muscles need to convert into energy; needed when you ask your body to go 'do" something! When I buy Ribose separately, especially for my husband because men have more muscles....it's very expensive and I get to bypass that expense and the problem of having SO MANY MORE PILLS TO TAKE; when it's already built into this nice little capsule!

I tried this product because of the reviews, but I must be honest, I did not feel much of a difference. Perhaps what I felt was the placebo effect. In any case, the cost was a bit high, but I bought this brand thinking that I should not skimp on quality.
