No waking up at night to pee!
I stopped taking Rx due to side affects. Was peeing 3-4 times a night. After starting Prostate Health I sleep through the night at least 6 nights a week!!

The stuff works well even with the reduced dose of 2x, however, for some people the size of the capsule is a bit overwhelming
