Excellent product. Raw psyllium. No flavors. Not made into a fine powder. Used to be in the store always but now have to order.

This product can help with A1C and LDL management if you take it BEFORE a meal (not AFTER!) Give it at least 10 mins, if not 15-20 mins. Taking it after a meal can help with a different health goal, so you are not entirely losing if you forget to take it sooner. In case you don't know: Put two hours between taking your medications and taking psyllium husks. Thus, you need to be intentional. Plan ahead about WHEN to take which, and follow through that schedule.

Thought I'd try this Psyllium Husks fiber as an extra help to clear cholestrol from my digestive track. I blend it with a cup of bone broth and chug it, followed with water. I highly recommend for anyone with digestive issues to try this or just as an ocassional supplement to keep stuff flowing smoothly. It's gentle and the improvement is very noticeable.

Psyllium husks was recommended by my doctor., it seems to help but I have an extreme case of stomach problems. It seems to help but I don't know for sure I have only been using it for 2weeks

I didn’t realize the size of the container would be so big. It is about the size of a large mayo jar. I will be able to use it for a good while. I purchased it because the giver capsules were no longer in stock- to give to my pooch who had been having GI problems. Fiber was definitely the answer. I estimate the amount of powder that would probably be in a capsule %26 then I add peanut butter powder and some yogurt or a little cool-whip or something to make it sweeter %26 more like a treat. I’m happy to say it works.

I bought it by accident, meant to get the capsules. With that said, this powder gives me instant relief from indigestion, which I have almost daily since having covid pneumonia 3 years ago and nothing else works. its great stuff because there are no additives.

I am impressed with this product, the instructions say to add it to a full glass of water and drink it fast because you can choke otherwise , I accidentally left it sitting on the counter and it literally turned into a blob, it will get your bowels moving so stay close to a bathroom the first time you take it and go easy with the tablespoons 😁

It smells a bit funny when you first open the container, but after opening it a few times it no longer smells. This product does not mix well in liquid. It basically sits on top of it like leaves in a pond. That being said, I have been using it twice a day for about two weeks, and it has helped me stay regular better than Metamucil ever did. I also have less gas and bloating than I do with Metamucil. I add 1 tablespoon to about 1 oz orange juice with 4 oz water (mostly water so fewer calories), stir it a little, and chug it down quickly. It leaves a residue on the inside of my cup, but I rinse the sides of the cup with a little more water and drink that too. Then I wipe out the inside of the cup and the spoon with a paper towel. After first trying this product, I figured I'd just grin and bear it and use up the container so as not to be wasteful. But now I plan to purchase it again.

I've always used this brand of psyllium husk. but the last three purchases they were rotten and rancid they stunk really bad. had it delivered in 105° weather.
