This product is unflavored and unsweetened so meets my needs for digestive issues without adding calories, the use of artificial sweeteners or unnecessary off putting flavors.

This is the cheapest Psyllium Husks without all that unhealthy sweetener and orange taste cr*p added to the other products. If you want to eat/drink something tasty, then better buy a chocolate, pastry or a bottle of Coca Cola. If you use Whole Psyllium Husks just for your health, this is what you need.

I didn’t realize the size of the container would be so big. It is about the size of a large mayo jar. I will be able to use it for a good while. I purchased it because the giver capsules were no longer in stock- to give to my pooch who had been having GI problems. Fiber was definitely the answer. I estimate the amount of powder that would probably be in a capsule %26 then I add peanut butter powder and some yogurt or a little cool-whip or something to make it sweeter %26 more like a treat. I’m happy to say it works.

Love that it's just straight-up psyllium husk without any additives. It doesn't taste like anything. Put a tablespoon in a coup of couple ounces of water and chug. Then follow with a tall glass of water or coffee. Easy peasy! Definitely helps with keeping us regular.

That is why I bought it. A heaping Tbs mixed in water or juice, BEFORE a party, a wedding, a food fest, or a big BBQ, makes you feel full, and then you don't overeat. In fact, you don't eat at all, if you don't want to! You will feel stuffed! That was my main goal. It expands in your tummy 100X it's original consistency. Have fun getting skinny.

I am impressed with this product, the instructions say to add it to a full glass of water and drink it fast because you can choke otherwise , I accidentally left it sitting on the counter and it literally turned into a blob, it will get your bowels moving so stay close to a bathroom the first time you take it and go easy with the tablespoons 😁

I bought it by accident, meant to get the capsules. With that said, this powder gives me instant relief from indigestion, which I have almost daily since having covid pneumonia 3 years ago and nothing else works. its great stuff because there are no additives.

This is the best fiber supplement I have ever used. I have been using it for 3 years. I found it here for the lowest price. Psyllium husk is the only fiber I will use. There are no additives or preservatives. It’s easy to drink and doesn’t taste unpleasant. It’s a great product.

It smells a bit funny when you first open the container, but after opening it a few times it no longer smells. This product does not mix well in liquid. It basically sits on top of it like leaves in a pond. That being said, I have been using it twice a day for about two weeks, and it has helped me stay regular better than Metamucil ever did. I also have less gas and bloating than I do with Metamucil. I add 1 tablespoon to about 1 oz orange juice with 4 oz water (mostly water so fewer calories), stir it a little, and chug it down quickly. It leaves a residue on the inside of my cup, but I rinse the sides of the cup with a little more water and drink that too. Then I wipe out the inside of the cup and the spoon with a paper towel. After first trying this product, I figured I'd just grin and bear it and use up the container so as not to be wasteful. But now I plan to purchase it again.

i love that this is covered by ebt since it has a nutrition label instead of a supplemental facts label. also it keeps the plumbing moving like i wanted it to! i just wish it was easier to get down lol. i did discover that mixing it with carrot juice makes is much easier to drink, like mentally.
