Previous ice makers squealed and didn't produce ice. This one makes ice like a trooper. I do turn it off while watching TV since it has a healthy hum and we have plenty stored up.

I bought a GE Opal and it hardly made any ice. So I saw this one and decided to try it. I am so glad I did! It is so easy to clean (unlike the other one) and it makes tons of ice FAST.

the only thing I found if you use tap water it starts making a noise but if you use distilled water it works better

it's great if you like the little pellet ice I got this as a gift for my mother-in-law and she loves it and now I'm starting to dig the ice myself LOL..

It's quiet, easy, and the basket fills up faster than I thought it would. I absolutely love mine! I've had mine a few months and I have no complaints at all.

Purchased this produce on 9-12-2024. Worked fine other than a little noise every now and then. The noise started getting worse a month ago and more frequently. As of now we can not get any ice at all. All the ice maker does is make noise when plugged in. Was told by Walmart that the seller would contact me within 48 hours . Over 40 hours already that I've been waiting and still nothing yet. If there is any indication on how long it takes for them to contact their customer to how long it will take for them to resolve this problem. I'm sure I will be without an ice maker for a while now. Oh and I did take out the 3 year warranty.

Said it was made by another company but it has a different name on box. you can't get info on it, when u scan bar code it takes u to market place on facebook, not the company. It was also delivered upside down. I'm not keeping it, I'm returning it tomorrow.

Do NOT buy this. Turns out we have been drinking shards of metal and it’s falling apart front the inside out. It was great for the first month… now there’s metal in all of the ice. And they won’t take it back. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! We have the best filter money can buy but the inside is corroding and looks dirty. 😭

It stopped working after 4 days. It just stopped producing ice.
