use this to make yogurt bark with Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, strawberry jam and white chocolate chips. you have to try this combo. it's so good! mix in a bowl, line a glass Pyrex with parchment paper and pour a thin layer of the yogurt mixture in it. let it freeze. thaw a little then break into pieces and store in freezer safe container. I never have leftovers

i used to buy the one weighting ~1lb, and i think this size is nicer as the serving price goes down. i enjoy making chia seed pudding and i put 15g of chia seeds for each pudding. this pack, even in its big size, may last for 2-3 months which shouldn't be a problem for storage.
