Nutricost Activated Charcoal
I am noticing a definite increase in bowel movements… I chalk that up to the toxins being removed by the charcoal.. I'm about 5 days in and I do feel better.

Don't remember now. what I ate, but it didnt set well with me, so I tried the AC and within an hour, I felt better.
