I take 3 capsules eat morning with water. It is a natural way to keep my blood pressure within normal limits. There is a slight beet odor when you open the bottle, but the capsules leave no beet root aftertaste at all. The price is excellent for a huge bottle. Highly recommended.

Supposed to help with blood circulation and heart health. As far as I can tell it is doing that. A good value and seems to be a quality product.

Great for lowering blood pressure. I take six grams of it when my BP is elevated. It drops my blood pressure back to a normal range to around about 120 over 80.

Best beetroot powder, don't be fooled into the one time a day beetroot powder, Nitric oxide in beetroot needs to be replenished through out the day, so the 3 times a day is the best way to take it. Nitric oxide is thought to be the cure for so many things because it relaxes blood vessels, moves blood, and strengthens cells, so much more.
