Quick delivery and Calcium with D3 is essentially easy to swallow. This vitamin taken twice daily provides all the Calcium you need to help build a strong sketaory bone structure.

Didn't help with low calcium
The calcium didn't relieve my symptoms of low calcium. I ended up buying calcium from Shaklee, and it really helped with my symptoms.

Beware Large Pills
I bought these pills, even though they were probably larger than I am used to. However, on the first try the pill stuck in my throat. I drank an entire glass of water, then followed with a cookie to try to get the pill down since I could not spit it out. Fortunately, it does slowly crumble when allowed time. But for anyone who cuts pills in half or has trouble swallowing larger pills I do not recommend this product.
