Nutricost capsules
Nutricost capsules are easy to fill with any herb or other small pills. Makes it convenient for easy swallowing, especially with bitte tasting items.

These are great quality
I can't believe I dislike ground flaxseed enough to sit and fill capsules while watching TV, but here we are — and these make it easy. The capsules snap together cleanly, don't fight you, and feel sturdy enough that you're not worried about them splitting. With a big bag of 500 and no weird allergens to worry about, they're a simple, reliable way to take whatever you want without tasting whatever you don't.

Capsules Convenience
I have used capsules for years. It's easier to put 2 or 3 smaller pills in one capsule than try to swallow the smaller pills.

Good Quality, imho
This is only half the journey. You need a capsule machine to load the capsules and Walmart doesn't sell them. Search: "The Capsule Machine".
