Being told by my doctor that I (and my wife) should be using this, I gave it a try, and then found this in capsules. Seems a good way to do it for those who don't drink smoothies (my wife) . Between the GSE and the hyaluronic acid I started using also, the skin problems I've dealt with for the last twenty years are over.

It would jave been helpful if it had been clearer as to this not containing the product in a more stomach friendly form if a gel instead of this sand like substance that is hard to swallow and digest

This was not what I expected, it's a powder which I've never heard of. This didn't work for me. I've used liquid GSE for 25 years and it works great. I usually put in capsules just before taking it or if I'm using ZAZZEE brand it actually tastes good, so I just add it to water. Great for any stomach issues from nausea, indigestion, bloating, gas even food poisoning. But this powder capsule was not effective on me and not what I would recommend, I'll stick to the liquid it never fails me.
