Been Taking This for over a Year
My doctor recommended I take L-Arginine to support blood flow and immune functioning. I've been taking this particular Nutricost formulation for some time and am very satisfied with it. One can't prove a negative, and thus I cannot prove any benefit from these tablets, But I am nearly 83 years old, and my blood circulation seems to be excellent per laboratory testing. So until my doctor removes this supplement from my regimine, I will continue to take it. This brand also seems to be cost effective.

Great buy!!
I've been taking L-Arginine since I was in my mid thirties. Price versus performance, this one is top notch. I notice no difference between Nutricost L-Arginine and the expensive name brand designer supplements.

tablets ars easy to take, no taste left in your mouth. L-Arglinine is great for increased blood flow. But, I think capsules would have been a better choice. I have the 5g powder form as well , but it has a unpleasant taste. gary
