L-arginine and l-citrulline are two amino acids that may play a role in nitric oxide production in the blood. So, there could be potential circulatory benefits, including increased "pump" when working out, as well as helping out with "manly" performance issues. I take both as part of my pre-workout. I can't necessarily say that these amino acids provide me with a huge boost, because I combine them with other supplements, but they seem to be a part of it. Nutricost seems to be a good brand. I have researched them and their products have passed some independent tests. However, the one time I reached out to their customer service, I didn't hear anything back.

These supplements have some nice ingredients in them that are known to aid in better blood flow & increase energy levels. Ever since I started taking these I have noticed my coffee intake has decreased and I am able to make it through my day with less caffeine in general. It's not a huge decrease, but they do appear to help. Everyone is different and results will vary I am sure, however, they did appear to work for me. I felt no side effects from taking these. All in all, if you are looking for a natural way to try to increase energy, these have my recommendation as something to try!

2 OF MY FINGERS GOT PARTIALLY CUT YEARS AGO WHEN I WAS WORKING WITH A CIRCULAR SAW, AFTER THAT HAPPENED A COUPLE YEARS AGO THEY WERE CONSTANTLY NUMB AND HURT CONSTANTLY. I JUST FINISHED MY FIRST BOTTLE, AND NOW I HAVE FEELING BACK IN THOSE DIGITS AND VERY LITTLE PAIN. MY FEET HAD A LOT OF NUMBNESS IN MY TOES DOWN TO MY HEEL AREA, I NOW HAVE MUCH MORE FEELINGS IN MY FEET,EVEN WITH THE DIABETIC PROBLEMS. ALL IN ALL THIS PRODUCT HAS HELPED FOR SURE, I AM STILL WAITING FOR NOTICEABLE RESULTS IN ANOTHER AREA OF MY BODY BUT I DON'T THINK IT HAS DONE MUCH GOOD THERE YET, STILL HOPING FOR MORE AND BETTER RESULTS

The Citrulline level is very low. should have checked the label closer.
