For the skin
So I'm unfortunately getting up there in age and I'm always investigating ways to delay that evil!! I want to fix from within, more than topically, and in my research I've found that proline is a great way promote collagen in the skin. It also helps the immune system, I don't eat meat so I don't consume food to naturally assimilate proline, so of course if I'm going to supplement an amino I'm going to go to Nutricost as I have been using them for quite some time for this and that. I'm seriously so happy with there products, I use their products to compare the competition to. And they usually prove superior! Thank you Nutricost!

Nice product
Great product! Easy to dissolve. I use this L-Proline with L-Lysine and collagen powder. Good for the gut, the inmune system, the skin and overall health.

Much more beneficial than collagen. No taste and mixes well in warm water or if you give it a minute to dissolve.

This is the best way for taking mega doses if you don't want to take capsules. The price is reasonable and the taste is tolerable
