this works!!!
I heard about Mag 07, which is the new miralax. I ws going to order it, but the orice is sky high! I read the ingredients on the bottle and it's magnesium oxide! These are easy to swallow capsules, not big dry horse pills and they are effective without any cramping.

Will not purchase again
I had previously taken the Wal-Mart generic brand that cost $7.00 & they make my leg cramps go away after 1 dose. I have been taking these nearly a month & continue to have leg cramps nightly so I purchased the Wal-Mart brand & once again my leg cramps are gone!
