I am so glad that Walmart sells these melatonin gummies! I have a hard time sleeping at night, no matter where I am, no matter how tired I am! So these are a life saver for me. I have tried stronger ones, and it was horrible. I've tried RX sleep aids, I still can't sleep! But these 3mg gummies are perfect. After taking one gummy, I sleep all night! They taste great too! I keep them up high, very high , because they look and taste like candy! If you are having trouble sleeping, try these !

Overall, I like these, and will probably buy them again, but there are a few things that I don't quite like. The main thing is the feel as I chew them: they sort of start to dissolve, rather than providing any sort of resistance, and the dissolved stuff sticks to my tongue and teeth. The taste is so-so; it's not bad, but it's a bit stronger than I want, especially considering how the dissolved stuff hangs around in my mouth. I also wish that instead of getting all 3mg in one gummy, the dose were 2.

I don't know how, but the 1mg gummies do better for my son and I both! Not really sure how that even happens, but it was a very big difference. My son also said they didn't taste the same. I noticed a little difference but not much. But definitely in the amount of time to fall asleep, was very different from the lesser strength. Go figure!

use these as a sleep aid, seems to work, i mistakenly ordered wrong dose, intended to get 10mg, clicked on the lower dose because of what i thought was a lower price, product is good, just my error

The gummies are hard and dry instead of soft and chewy like a gummy should be.
