These are yummy and work great! Definitely a great value and will be buying again.

They work really well and taste good.

My husband takes these to fall asleep and to stay asleep, he always has a hard time going to sleep, as well as staying asleep. He would sleep like 3-4 hours before waking up and trying to go back to sleep. But with these it takes less than 20 mins for him to fall asleep and he stays asleep long enough to have a good nights rest and not be totally exhausted for work.

I don't know how, but the 1mg gummies do better for my son and I both! Not really sure how that even happens, but it was a very big difference. My son also said they didn't taste the same. I noticed a little difference but not much. But definitely in the amount of time to fall asleep, was very different from the lesser strength. Go figure!

use these as a sleep aid, seems to work, i mistakenly ordered wrong dose, intended to get 10mg, clicked on the lower dose because of what i thought was a lower price, product is good, just my error

The gummies are hard and dry instead of soft and chewy like a gummy should be.

I wanted to try a new brand of melatonin and opted for this. I took them consistently for over two weeks and did not sleep well at all. Would not recommend. Taste great though!
