I am losing weight and it is a delicious additive to smoothie. I watch Dr. Neal Barnard and he sings the praises of dark fruits. He also sings the praises of strawberries. I get them in powdered form because I enjoy the flavor but not the tart taste of the fruit itself nor the substantive quality. check out pcrm.org/podcast/the exam room on youtube. chuck carroll interviews Neal Barnard alot and they are phenomenal. the number one viewed on planet, I am told.

Full of Goodness

Elizabeth June 8, 2026

I bought this for my dogs for their skin, fur, joints and overall health. They love it. There is so much goodness in blueberries, and it has been very helpful for my dogs. I put 1/8 of a teaspoon on their food, twice a day.

Using for brain health especially maintaining memory. My husband will not eat a blueberry but puts this in his coffee.

mixes well

I like that you don't have to use a lot of the powder to get the good effects of taking blueberry powder. I would like the powder more though if it had a little better taste.

No nutritional value

Kathleen October 11, 2025

There's no nutritional value here. I was looking for wild blueberry powder, not some kind of blue powder that claims to be blueberry, very disappointed

Not the Best

Fred Roessel November 14, 2020

This is a good quality organic blueberry powder, BUT the flavor is not good. I have tried numerous blueberry powders for smoothies and so i know what they ideally should taste like. If you were mixing it with another flavor it may be ok, but stand alone it is not a good flavor.

No Blueberry flavor or smell

David May 7, 2021

The taste is just tart and pasty without a hint of blueberry flavor or smell. How is it possible to grind "Whole Freeze-Dried" blueberries and end up with a product that has no fiber, no sugar and no blueberry taste? Nice packaging though.

Don't waste your money

L May 18, 2021

Not anything! Taste is foreign. Taste nothing like blueberries. Ingredients not listed at all . Where is the list of health benefits. Blueberries do have some nutritional value. Save your money do not buy this product. Who knows what is in this stuff . The price is highway robbery.

Fake- not actually blueberry powder as it states.

24carrots March 17, 2021

The ingredients say organic blueberry and that's it, but when used it to flavor our water kefir as I normally do (my regular brand was out of stock) it ruined two batches. I finally figured out that this isn't blueberry powder made from just freeze dried organic blueberries, instead it uses some kind of powder filler and I suspect food coloring or maybe there is a trace of actual blueberry. All I know is that my regular brand that i use, reconstitutes into hydrated blueberry pulp and my kefir has no problem fermenting. This stuff colored the water, killed the kefir and I was left with colored sugar water with a bunch of white powder that settled at the bottom. Thankfully I was able to return. Not sure why this has so many good reviews, but if you Google Nutricost or esupplements that's where you'll find all the horrible reviews for both companies. Avoid these brands!
