ive only been taking it for 3-4 days. i drink ot on an empty stomach with mct oil as well and my energy is way better dark circles are almost gone and my bowel movements are great! ive been constipated since i was born so im so happy.

Powdered beet powder is a very effective way of getting some energy from the Nitric Oxide that this powder is known for. Both my husband and I take this beet powder whenever we need a little extra energy. We're both seniors and find it does not make us jittery like caffeine from coffee.

Only bought this stuff because it stated that it was unflavored. It is NOT. Tastes just like beets. Now if I wanted the taste of beets everyday, I would eat them instead, not drink them. I wondered how they would get rid of the beet flavor before I bought this item. They lied, it is not unflavored.

I'm giving it 2 stars because the first time I bought it the dosage was 7 mg and when I went to buy it again, it was only 5 mg and the price was more! Shame on these companies for giving us less than charging us more! The supplement industry is ripping us off. I won't buy it again

The flavor is overwhelming. I was unable to use it. So I am unable to rate its effectiveness. However, my husband and I do use the chews. This was sent to use as a substitute for the chews when they were out of stock. We do find that this is a reputable and effective product.

The total beets powder by force factor is very bad stuff it dosnt mix well and it caused me to have side pains that prevented me from sleep because of being in pain. once i stop drinking the total beets powder from force factor the pain subsided.
