I can't tell you why it has made me feel better or made me feel more energized, but it has! And the taste, mixed just with water, was very pleasant and lighter than when eating beets. I'd recommend giving it a try.

The flavor is overwhelming. I was unable to use it. So I am unable to rate its effectiveness. However, my husband and I do use the chews. This was sent to use as a substitute for the chews when they were out of stock. We do find that this is a reputable and effective product.

I'm giving it 2 stars because the first time I bought it the dosage was 7 mg and when I went to buy it again, it was only 5 mg and the price was more! Shame on these companies for giving us less than charging us more! The supplement industry is ripping us off. I won't buy it again

The product had protective seal intact however, when the jar was opened, the powder was rock hard, and the scoop was stuck in the powder, had to bang the jar to loosen the powder which came out in large chunks
