This potassium supplement has absolutely saved my life! I am an athlete living in an arid environment, so dehydration makes a huge impact on my performance. Last year I had a I health scare due to a major potassium deficiency, and my doctor recommended this product. I have more energy, strength, and stamina since taking daily. I would err on the side of caution though - if you are not prone to a deficiency you could easily overdose as this is a higher dosage than an average potassium pill supplement. This is a powder to mix in a drink (water/juice/smoothie/etc) so it works much faster than a pill which is great when you are need an immediate boost. (The only downside is that it's a little bit harder to bring to work or trips) There are over 1,000 servings in this tub so it lasts forever. Definitely an optimal amount for the price

wow this stuff brings up your potassium very fast! i had got out of hospital with a 2 potassium i was on this for two weeks and now im too high of potassium lol so be careful! works to well!

The benefits of this product speaks for itself as a supplement. I use this to help control my blood pressure and sodium levels.

I probably should have done more research. Not sure I would have chosen the powder. It's pretty much like putting salt in your drink. Not the products fault, but I'm probably just a pill form factor person. I wasted money on this. (But, if you're okay with powders you'll probably think it's great. Huge tub!)

I didnt realize when I ordered this that it was a jar or powder. I thought it was a jar of pills. I do not wish to have this product as it wasnt what I thought I ordered.
