Heart Racing.
It takes good, so that's great. However because the mix is only 3g of Creatine instead of the universally recommended 5gs, you will need to take additional Creatine with this. Also, taking the recommended amount made my heart race all day even after my exercise, which I didn't love. My personal solution to both these problems is that I now take half a scoop of this and a full scoop of pure Creatine. Good balance of energy and Creatine.
