Six Star Pro Nutrition Pre-Workout Powder Explosion 2.0 Electrolyte Matrix, Icy Rocket Freeze, 9.76 oz

So I live health and fitness as well as sports and I remember when this brand came out, they had a few athletes advertising on the commercials that they were showing on TV. The athletes they had at the time I was a fan so I followed and tried it never been disappointed since it definitely does the job if you need a nice quick quality pre-workout if you can't get to like the GNC‘s or bodybuilding.com but Walmart always has the same brands at better prices to me so definitely check them out!

Got this on sale for 13.49 and it was totally worth it! was focused and had energy and a crazy pump. taste wasn't so great so mix with juice or just swallow it lol. would recommend

The six star pre workout is under dosed especially the L- Citrulline and no L- Arginine but it does work for the price and quality of the product and loaded with enough caffeine to get through an individual workouts. You can get a separate L- Citrulline and L- Arginine supplement from another brand to add to this six star pre workout for more energy and blood flow.

I like the flavor on this product better than some of the others on the market, it doesn't really taste like the frozen rocket pops of the old days, but Icy Rocket Freeze is still good as itself. Gives a great boost of energy for my workouts and runs. I take it about a half hour before I start mixing with water. It doesn't cause me any heartburn, even on an empty stomach.

I ordered creatine and I thought this was the same thing but flavored. I was told to take two scoops of creatine for my rheumatoid arthritis. My sister has done it and it works. Well I took two scoops of this and shook, itched and almost went to ER over it that it was so bad. I found out that it was not flavored creatine. The words are so small you can't tell what it is much less the directions. It was a very horrible day for me. It started with the same words as creatine.

Batch to batch variability on six star products is high - had a couple canisters that tasted like rat poison and then the company (six star) made it a giant hassle to get replacements sent Not the first time I've had issues with six stars terrible customer service Tons of other pre-workout products and companies out there - look to these instead of six star

Its not the best tasting protein powder ive ever had but it does the job and its not filled with a bunch of sugar like other brands plus the price is a great price also. Ive only tried the chocolate flavor which is pretty good although i usually mix fruit with my protein shake but the taste is decent.

As pre-workout or post this taste great 👍 as well works really well. Been using it for few yrs ago. Price.

Taste is awesome. Unlike some I tried that had a fake sweetener taste this one does not. It tastes and smells great fruit punch. I take it every morning and I highly recommend it it.

I typically get the rocket ice flavor, this time I am going to try the fruit punch. I will trust that regardless of the flavor, it will give me that boost to do a great workout. Hopefully the flavor is satisfying and all will be wonderful.
