[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a great product to have before a workout. The stim wasn't too overwhelming but it did last a long time and still felt it once i had completed. I strongly recommend this product as it does the job well for all days of the week.

Very nice, gives some juice for my workout and gives me a nice pump! Would recommend for some budget pre!

8/23/2024 Overall, the changes they made to this product keeps it from the 5 stars I used to apply. These a days every time the owners of these many products and stores, fitness or food, it appears to be how they can make more money and substitute the list with a filler that does not perform and can actually block the performers from doing their job, so the good stuff is rendered void. Clear energy that does not hurt a body or its' heart is the key and goal - this one is not that any longer. Have a great day - hope that helps somebody.

I did not notice any difference in energy level during my workouts. Bought this due to its price point compared to other brands and there is a reason it's a lot cheaper. The amount needed for 1 serving is a lot compared to other brands I have used. If you plan to add to a plastic water bottle then plan on having a funnel handy as it is needed. The only positive about this product was the flavor, watermelon, as it was very tasty considering 1 serving was used with 16oz of water.
