Absolutely wonderful!
Great product! I've been using it for several months! Lower cholesterol, triglycerides!! My Dr. is happy with me now!!😉😃 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍
I work in a face past environment. Therefore, I skip breakfast and take this MCT Oil Powder and other supplements so I can dive in fast into my work. Benefits: (+) I put it into a 24 ounce Contigo coffee cup. I take supplements along with it. From there, I don't need to eat anything until 1 pm. (+) The above regimen enables me to work steadily with no drowsiness.
I've used this product for a week now. The first day I used a whole scoop forgetting that you should ease into this stuff if you're not used to it. I felt like I was on a caffeine buzz. Now I only use one-half scoop and it works great! I put it in my morning cup of coffee before I go for my walk. I've improved my speed since taking this. Great for energy and supposed to burn fat! What more could I ask for?
I'm not a coffee drinker, but I drink hot tea every morning. I've gone Keto and I add a Tablespoon of this to my morning and evening hot tea. In the morning I add butter as well to make the equivalent of bulletproof coffee. I also add heavy whipping cream for a delicious breakfast. This powder blends easily.
Works good in place of creamer in coffee!!
Great value. I have it on auto ship
I really like this MCT oil powder. It blends well with my coffee and is a great value.
Good powder to mix in coffee
Both my spouse and I got a horrible allergic reaction to this product. And I never get an allergic reaction to anything. Inflammation (even my uvula got swollen), upset stomach, really bad acid reflux. Today is my second day of fasting trying to recover. What a horrible product.
