Spring Valley Collagen Peptides Type 1 & 3 Dietary Supplement Powder for Hair/Skin/Nails, 9 oz

I've been using one scoop of this Collagen powder in my coffee daily for over a year. My nails grow fast, and my skin . . . people say I don't look 71. My hair is still thinning (not sure anything can help that!) but for $12.48 this is an economical way to get your collagen.

This is the second drawer that I bought of this I really like it and I like how it dissolves and you don't even see it in your drink you put it in. No one would ever know it's in there and so that makes it easy and I enjoy every minute of drinking it, and I would recommend it to anybody who needs the collagen at this time.

I have tried other collagens but I find myself coming back to this one because I see my nails getting stronger, hair growing faster %26 healthier looking skin. I have tried expensive collagen %26 ones that friends recommend but I keep coming back to this particular one.

I have not tried it yet but I am excited to start using it tomorrow morning in my coffee and I have tried everything else and the suggestion from my daughter was to start using college and powder that it would help strengthen my hair and just the biotin alone at my age was not doing it my hair is shinier for sure and it's grown for sure but it's still breaking and so I feel like the essential things that are in this collagen powder is going to not only help my hair but it's going to help my joints and at 58 and 1/2 years old I need all the joint cushioning I can get so I'm excited to use it and it was a great price I say try this before you go spending $50 on another collagen product,

I really like this product! It is very easy to use, adding to my oatmeal or any hot beverage (as it dissolves easier in hot foods and drinks. I do think it's helping my skin, nails, hair, and overall health improvement. I believe that the price is very reasonable compared to other similar products.

I'm 57 and eat a low calorie diet. Muscle mass decreased. Definitely don't get enough protein so I decided to add collagen peptides. Mixes easily in coffee and also discovered it does in a bowl of cereal with milk. I have more energy now! Will point out my mouth feels dry hours later and I have to drink extra water. Apparently protein requires more water to be broken down and digested.

I usually buy Anthony's or Nature's Path colligen peptides. This product does not immediately mix in with my coffee (my preferred way) and I really have to stir vigorously to make sure it has all dissolved. Also it has a slight smell (like the cow product it is) whereas the other two products I have purchased do not. Will go back to purchasing one or the other products I have used even though they are more expensive.

Been using this daily for about 6 weeks in addition to glucosamine supplements. While I notice improvement in my joints I think it's too soon to note any skin or hair improvements. It mixes well in my coffee without changing the flavor, but does make it seem creamier. I'm giving it 3 stars because the label claims there are 38 servings/scoops per container, but at 2 scoops per day I'm out in 2 weeks. Far short of 38 servings.

The serving size is 1 scoop or 6.7 g. There is 38 servings per container, which contains a total of 255 g. However, the amino acid profile says "per 100 g serving". Uh, NO, the serving size is 6.7 g. So if you are trying to compare this product with another, you must multiply the listed amino acid amounts by 6.7/100, or 0.067. So there's not 0.3 g (300 mg) of L-Cystine per scoop, there's only 0.067*0.3 g, or 0.02 g (20 mg). That's just plain flat out false advertising. But because it is a "food supplement" and not "food", the labeling has no federally mandated standardization, and Walmart can legally get away with this deceitfulness.

I never received my order. In the system it was marked as pick up but I never got it. Frustrated, couldn't reach pick up after multiple attempts. Now they are saying cancel it and reorder. 😔 I know this is the best you have to offer, 8ts just frustrating for the customer
