I began taking these one in a.m. and one p.m. They were recommended by my NP at my Primary drs office for headaches. My results were evident after approximately 2weeks. I've been taking these for maybe 2yrs.

Package was a little difficult to open. Frst had to cut bag to get to bottle, then had to break seal of plastic around item then had to break seal under lid. But thank you for the delivery.

Good quality
These are vitamins that I've been talking on and off for years...I take them with others,,I can't truly say if they actually do any specific thing for my overall health but at 72 I'm healthy and I do not take any type of medication whatsoever.!!

Beware even though my Dr suggested B2
Reason for low review is that I happened to have anaphylactic shock on first dose had to use my Epi-pen. Luckily received a refund for cost of B2 which I was pleasantly surprised that Walmart gave me back the money.
