This is a large migraine headache dosage, not a supplement to adjust the B2 for proper balance with other B-Complex supplements. At this dosage, you will pee Uranium yellow, but they don't smell or taste gross to take. They are large capsules to swallow however.

recommended by neurologist to help aide in easing migraines. just started taking and was advised along with magnesuim will take about a month to get rid of them. was advided people tend to be deficient in b2. recommend to try for mograines. noticing them easing up a little.

It's Riboflavin. This was recommended to me by a medical professional in combination with another supplement to help with my headaches. So far they've been decreased. A word of caution though, when you go to use the bathroom, it will discolor your urine. Good price.

Easy to swallow. No taste that I can tell. My doctor told me ahead of time that any B2 would cause my urine to turn bright yellow for a while every day, and this does, but it doesn't concern me.

So I had a B2 vitamin deficiency and I found the first bottle in store, but there couldn't find it in store anymore. Was happy to find it online.

These are great I take them for migraines %26 it really helps. They are not huge pills at all %26 are pretty easy to swallow.

Item arrived sealed but several capsules busted and bright yellow powder was throughout bottle and all over cotton that was under lid. Unable to use and requested refund.
