So far after about 2 weeks taking these supplements I've noticed a bit more stamina at work! For the price it definitely is becoming an essential in the medicine cabinet. Thankfully it's flavorless. I have used it before but the problem was I can't take it now and they also sent me vitamin k twice I only ordered one and I had to return them both
