I try to have one daily to help with hydration and getting extra nutrients I might not be getting with my usual diet. I do miss the "daily" these tabs once we're called as now it's giving the vibe of taking Emergen-C.

I went on a hiking and backpack trip to Glacier National Park. After the third day of hiking, I was having severe nightly leg cramps. A friend brought these along. I tried a couple and I am hooked. I sweat a great deal and these are now a go to. The flavors aren't the best but certainly work as intended. I highly recommend these electrolyte tabs!!

Nuun consistently has some of the best balanced flavors that make anyone excited to hydrate better. Fun tip is try it with warm water for a little soothing immuni-tea concoction!

Rehydrating after sleep helps me to face the day, and adding in the boost of Vitamin C and botanicals keeps me moving forward and staying healthy. It is a total win-win!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these for my mother after her doctor recommended them as a way to increase her water intake. She's 81 and doesn't drink a lot of water anymore. Since I've been giving these to her every morning, she's drinking more water.

This is the first time I have bought and used this product and I was pleasantly surprised. I really felt like I had an increase of energy and improvement. The taste is not very good but you can't drink it for that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started taking Nuun because I thought it would allow me to drink less water, still getting the benefit of drinking what I force myself to do. I was disappointed to find that was untrue. I still use Nuun in one of my daily servings, primarily for the taste. I don't use Nuun containing caffeine, and I don't use it to fulfill a perceived vitamin deficiency. I don't think it adds to my energy level, and I can't think of any real perception of a physical benefit to me, nor can I think of a detriment. That said, I use one each day because I like them and it makes me enjoy my water a little more.

I typically use most Nuun products without issue. I may not be in love with all of the flavors but it does its job with lots of sugar, caffeine and other ingredients I don't want. However for blueberry tangerine flavor there is significant grittiness present after the tablets dissolve. Unless you allow the sediment to settle and then decant the remaining fluid you're ingesting what I think may be blueberry grit? Not a good mouth feel.
