It fits just right around my middle to support my back. I can go away from home with a shirt covering it and do not feel embarrassed about having to wear a back brace. Its perfect for me.

It is so hard to find a back brace to fit. I really like this one because it provides support, but it isn't too thick and bulky like most are. I wear it for an8-9 hour shift and love the support!

Best back brace I've tried. My back feels so good while wearing. L1 compression fracture in 2012. Have tried all kinds of braces for pain relief. This works the best. will order a 2nd one to use when washing and drying this one. Thanks so much!!!

I cannot stand for 5 minutes once I got the belt I put it on I can wash dishes and make some eggs in morning. It is such a good item!!! Very helpful.

I like it because it fits comfortably under a blouse or T shirt without being noticeable. I should have bought the next size smaller.

Fits under clothes and you can pull it tight by yourself.

The Velcro isn't very strong and the belt pops open. The Velcro does not stick on the extension part of the belt.

It helps with my back pains but it moves.

Wife used this twice for work and on the third day the velcro came off the left side tensioner strap?!? Tried using superglue to repair, only worked half a night.

I bought for hip pain and it's more for low back . The straps are confusing to use by yourself. I'm sure that it would work for ones with back pain. I'm returning it to the store.
