Hey These are neet !!! They do Not Leak through !!!! The liquid goes in and use really don't see it .The Best Part is I have not noticed a smell like the paper pads. Then throw them in the Wash ,dry on low heat . And reuse them. I bought 2 that are grey %26 2 that are navy blue 24x42". But I would stick with the lighter grey ,if its for a dog . So you u won't step on Something in a dimly lite room . lol not!
I have quite a few of these in various sizes collected. They hold a lot of dog urine, and are holding up nicely thru washings. They are thick, and well constructed, and no they have not arrived with a smell. They do not slip, but I'm using them on carpet, so I can't speak to hard floors. They don't do the dog kick afterward thing with these like they did, tearing up the disposable kind. They rather look like they enjoy walking on them. They adapted quickly, and actually look like they prefer them. The edges collect better than the disposable kind, that was a first worry about how to lay them out. They are soft but quite stable. They have not leaked, the back is very good. Nor do they run if they are quite full. The crease straightens out on most of them pretty nicely. I thought I would mind washing them, but I actually find saving money and the environment from the disposable kind more satisfying. Unless they send me the wrong kind or they change them, I have no complaints. I have two small dogs, and yes, they do fill em. My little guys were actually potty pad trained from the fosters before I got them. I do prefer the lighter color ones, this light blue one over the darker ones. Its harder to see poop on the darker ones. If using a darker one, I arrange a couple of the lighter ones around it, and change them out. It's often easier to use a combo of sizes together on my carpet rather than just one size, as they can be pulled for washing easier.
my dog uses these better than disposable pads, easy to wash in shower %26 dry in a few hours, made a big difference in housebreaking a rescue dog from a breeder kennel, so glad I tried them!
These washable pads are great for my small senior dog. I put them under a blanket that I have for her on my bed. I use to use regular throw away puppy pads, but using these washable ones have saved me some money.
These are great washable PP pads for puppies I ordered two and ended up ordering two more they absorb well and don't leave wetness anywhere. Definitely worth the purchase!
CONS: only 1, wish I had bought them sooner!!! PROS: thick and non-slip as advertised! My dog is blind. In the house he is 99.999999% potty trained. I have been putting a second disposable potty pad down for him to wipe his feet, totally useless! I put 1 of the 2 pads where the disposable was AND HE LOVES WIPING HIS FEET AND BOTTOM ON HIS NEW REUSABLE POTTY PAD!!!! Have used the second pet pad, with a folded $3 throw blanket on top, for an alternative place for my dog to relax outside after a walk. I also used this washable pad as an "EMERGENCY BLANKET" for my dog on a night it got chilly and I was too sleepy to safely walk downstairs and turn the furnace up! And these pet pads can be spot cleaned between washes! They still look BRAND NEW after several washes!!! Definately love these pet pads!!!
Got the wrong size but they refunded my m mom n net. This xlg or xxlg is freaking huge . It is like a rug . lol but works great my little dogs have not missed it yet .
I wouldn't recommend because they are uneven and don't lay completely flat on the floor. Specially after you wash them. They draw up and will NOT LAY FLAT
I foster for a rescue and purchased these to see if they would be cost effective and try to be eco friendly for the environment instead of using regular pee pads. It took 3 washing's to even get them clean. I would not recommend these. I'll stick with regular pee pads.
The package instructions state that this pad should be washed before first use, which I did, following the care directions exactly. Unfortunately, after that initial wash, the edge stitching unraveled, causing the border to separate and the pad to lose its structure. Because this happened during the required pre-wash, the pads was never used. The absorbent center appears intact, but the failure of the edging makes the pad difficult to lay flat and unsuitable for its intended purpose. The photos show the condition immediately after the first wash; the pad was repositioned slightly only to better show the seam separation. What I liked: • Soft surface • Absorbent center material What didn't work: • Edge stitching unraveled during required pre-wash • Border separated and no longer holds shape • Durability does not meet expectations for a washable product Overall: A washable pad needs to withstand normal laundering, especially when washing is required before use. Unfortunately, this one did not hold up to basic care, so I would not recommend it for regular use.
