I've only been taking for a week but so far I'm really pleased. I've noticed a slight decrease in hot flashes which I hope continue to decrease over time. I also feel my mood is uplifted. I was worried about side effects but I haven't experienced any.

Best menopause relief out there
If it wasn't for these Meno menopause vitamins I think I would probably lost it with night sweats hot flashes leg cramps just everything I tired everything out there and this was only ones that actually helped get back to me at night I can rest without waking up soak and wet and burning up so bad I'm freezing everyone.

Rather this than hormones
I noticed a huge difference, but you have to give it chance to work. I noticed the difference at the end of my 1st bottle. I rarely give reviews but I had to give on this because it helps me!

I was so excited to receive thus product as I'm going through the changes and I'm not liking it. Between the hot flashes and night sweats, I needed something to help me. This wasn't it and I'm deeply disappointed. After one dose I started spotting and that was a bit shocking. Plus it made me feel funny and bloated. I took it for 2 days and said "nope" we're done. I can't deal with the spotting coming out of nowhere and not being prepared for it. Guess I'll just deal with the sweats!
