Official GameCube Controller Super Smash Bros. Edition for Nintendo Switch

I was not expecting a Japanese Gamecube controller but it was a welcomed surprise. It was brand new and unopened. Tried it out and it was better than I expected. 9.9/10 Amazing.

It's really a brand new controller, looks and feels amazing. It's a perfect brand new authentic Super Smash Bros Ultimate edition Nintendo GameCube controller. Mine was in a Japanese box I think it's really cool I got a Japanese one!

I really like this controller. It's easy to handle. After multiple uses the A button sticks, which is why I'm on my second controller like this so far.

What I THOUGHT I was buying based on the title claiming it was for the Nintendo switch, was a controller with a USB plug. What I got was a retro gamecube controller that can't be plugged into the switch. If we hadn't decided to keep it for our old gamecube console, I would've returned it. We had to buy an adapter just so we can use it as intended. The box is mostly in Japanese with the exception of "Nintendo switch" and a few other oddly placed English words. Yes, it can be used for the switch IF you have an adapter. Ultimately, the title of the item which should indicate precisely what it is was misleading. The description seems to give the appropriate details but why would anyone do through all that when the title clearly says it's for the switch? Even the photos at a glance look like the proper plug but it doesn't show it very well. Disappointed that I spent $60 for what we weren't looking for but at least we can find a use for it.
