I was tired of straining the oil through cheesecloth and funneling it back into the bottle; especially dealing with the quantity of oil when deep frying. The quality of this grease keeper was very good; seems to have a weighted bottom, good size, and the lid fits snuggly. Glad I went with this one.

Smaller then anticipated but quality great

Much better quality than I had anticipated. I saw reviews about the lid cracking or breaking but found out its because they werent letting the oil cool to room temp before straining and storing. I dont use my deep fryer often but I like that I dont have to use/throw out a gallon of oil every use.

this grease can is worth every single penny. it is large and nice and sturdy. I will definitely be purchasing a couple more of these grease cans. one for my bacon grease and one for my seafood grease as well.

This is the second one I have purchased. I use one for frying fish, and the other for everything else. Well made, lid fits securely and they fit in the fridge easily. The second one I got did not come with the strainer though...
