Nothing at all did I dislike about this Perm.

I have used this item over the years and have always been pleased with it.

I have used this perm for a long time, it works really well on colored hair without stripping the color.

I would recommend this product if you can pick it up from the store. I had it delivered to me as my local Walmart's don't carry it. It was delivered in a soft sided sided envelope and one of the bottles was leaking. That alters its chemical balance and the result was unsatisfactory.

This perm was delivered and the liquid leaked into the order I had, stinks to high heaven. I can honestly say this is on the manufacturer, the lids on the chemicals were loose and zero seal over the opening of the bottles. A shame as this is not a cheap perm. This will be taken back to the store.

I expect my orders to arrive intact. This order arrived with the box opened and the drip guard was missing as well as applicator caps. I informed Walmart as soon as I opened the package but have not heard from anyone. Is anyone going to acknowlege my complaint?

it was not packaged too good. the box was crushed and some of the contents were out of the box. luckily the solution was still in tack.

This product arrived in a padded envelope with the box soaking wet, nothing but a shapeless blob of cardboard. The solution was leaking out and was all over inside the package. I couldn't tell if all the parts were there or not because the smell of the perm solution was so strong I couldn't look inside. Walmart was very gracious about refunding the total cost of the order and I have reordered the perm. Not sure who was to blame for the fiasco but condition of product was clearly unacceptable.
