It is so much easier to order online with Walmart. I have always received my orders on time and in good shape. The above Home Perm Kit, I have used it for years and am glad to get it online with Walmart, The same with the Hair Spray. Thankyou Walmart for suppling me with items that are hard to get at Stores and to stay home and have them delivered.

I am very amazed with the product no smell like in the olden days. The product is more than I hoped for I will definitely order it again in the future The home perm was easy to use and did not frizz my hair or break the ends. The hair is not damaged at all like the older perms I use to use.

I have used this product about 40 years! I do my own hair. It started out at 5 dollars a box. Even today with higher price it is a good value. I asked, what they would charge to do a perm for me, she said, $110.00. I have thick hair and only do the top. Chemo, curled the rest of my hair. Making it match. Oh, never frizzy. You are given some cotton %26 2 extra products. One a conditioner before and a setting lotion for after, I don't NEED the setting lotion. Don't use the perm lotion till all your hair is wound on curlers, with damp hair. That is the hardest part. The rest is just time, a bit messy.. Hey, beauty don't come easy!

The shipping carton was in good shape but the merchandise box was smashed and as soon as I picked it up everything fell out of the box. Havent put it inmy hair yet but the product has always been my go to. Thank you for having it available to order. Used to get it in store but no longer available.

It came when it was supposed to but how it was supposed to no. The box was wet and falling apart. The bottem was ripped off and most of the leave in conditioner was spilled. I was so excited to get this product. I absolutely love it. it works amazing. For me to open the box and be disappointed.

The problem was not with the product ( Olgilvie home perms we have been using for years) I purchased this as a gift and wrapped the box it arrived in. The recipient informed me the one perm box had leaked due to the cap on the neutralizer bottle being completely UNSCREWED and placed on top of the bottle ( it's highly unlikely the cap unscrewed itself during shipping because both caps on neutralizer and perming solution are tight from the factory) of course I said don't worry I will get a second one elsewhere since I can't trust this vendor ( she needs 2 due to the length of her hair ) and I was disappointed my well intentioned gift didn't turn out such. This is the first time out of YEARS of purchasing Olgilvie home perms that this has happened and it's not a case of a loose cap/ the cap was completely unscrewed and this I find unacceptable

I don't have a problem with the product. I have a problem that when it was delivered, the conditioner cap was not screwed on tight and leaked on the entire inside carton and other items I ordered. Stunk to high heaven and ruined everything else I got. Didn't get to use it.

The perm itself is very good. It's the best one for my hair type. They are hard to come by. I ordered it online. I wish they had them in stock with the whole variety. I always buy two because my hair is thick. It arrived " blown up". The package smelled so bad and caused eye tearing . I never had this happen before. The one that blew covered and soaked the other box.

I did not like it because it smelt horrible like if it was rotten (i understand perms are smelly, but this smelt worse than a normal perm). The package was opened, and it looked like it was traded out for something else that was not in the instructions. I do not recommend this product.

Found my package at neighbors house. The box was mashed flat. One of the bottles was completely empty making the perm not usable. I just registered for the annual plan but if this is how it will be delivered, I will cancel it. I have two more packages coming. Please make sure they come to the correct address and no damage!
