nitvsyre if i woukd buy atvfull pricecwas on sake tajes wk to break in andbonly ladt few motgs gefore uncomfortable and foot/leg/back pain returns or initially begins from use
these inserts are similar to what podiatrists use and they rework them as foot change. I have bought four pairs at differrnt times so I wouldn't have to move from one pair to another. they give great support. i do have to trim but that's easy. my feet love them.
I have flat feet. Finding comfortable insoles is hard. I have tried many with one that worked it the past. My feet were hurting. I tried these insoles and my feet were happy. No pain! Better days now. I ordered more of them.
good support for arch draw back is they only fit in one pair of shoes, they make shoe too tight, so be careful that your shoe and foot plus the support pad will ALL fit into shoe.
They are very comfortable, they are well made hopefully in the USA. 🇺🇸 but most of all I work sometimes 12 hours on my feet and the cramping on my hamstrings and calf have completely disappeared. I have flat feed and bunions that I need corrected in time and these arch supports have helped me improve my standing ability and work performance. Thanks…!!!
gives plenty of arch support and heel cushioning makes shoes harder to put on can cause toes to cramp especially in narrower shoes overall probably worth the effort
As an arch support they are ok and I would buy them and recommend them. I have an extremely high arch. I was hoping they would help with my heel spurr which they do not.
If you suffer from metatarsal pain with symptoms like Morton's Neurology, pain largely due to metatarsal collapse, I do not suggest these. They seem well made, but the structure of the foot support did not help. In fact, my pain reached a new level after not much walking. Maybe a different foot pain, there are a few.
The sizes are WAY off! I wear men's size 13US this should have worked fine after a small trim, but it was not even close. They are about 2 full sizes larger than described. Given this information I then ordered one size smaller (supposedly 10-11.5) and it fit my shoes perfectly, without any modifications. I would definitely recommend getting them, but picking one size smaller than you think you should.
Item was used, Someone had cut to their shoe size and had hair inside package. Will not order from this shipper again. Very poor quality control
