Olaplex No. 10 Bond Shaper Curl Defining Gel 6.7 oz

Brief Summary: I am obsessed with this product and swear by it for those with hair like mine. I am a white woman with Italian and polish ancestry (I also wash my hair every other day, max ever 3 days). Detailed Review:I have a lot of very fine curly hair. It is pretty healthy, as I don't color often and don't wear it in styles that require much heat. Due to how fine my hair type is, there are few products that do what I want without sacrificing volume by weighing it down. Depending on which product I use, my curls can be described as either 2C, 3a or 3b . I mainly rely on product, and do not have an intensive styling technique, as I do have natural curls that just need help defining and taming in a place that experiences all 4 seasons. I wash my hair, brush it in shower when conditioning, squeeze some water out before getting out of shower but after I turn shower off. just before I get out I put liberal amount of product in my hair, comb it through, shake hair out slightly with hands and wrap in a towel. Typically I just let it airdry after removing hair towel, sometimes I use a good dryer and diffuse it the way my sister showed me. My hair stylist sister gifted me this product once and as it was a gel I would have never purchased it on my own to try. I was so shocked by how much of a positive difference this product has on my curls, unlike any other I have tried (expensive or cheap). Plus it doesn't have that crunchy effect of most gels. I am not exaggerating when I say every time I use this product, whether I let it airdry or I diffuse it, I receive so many comments about how beautiful and curly my hair is. I see a noticeable difference in using this product vs the many other wise variety of products I have accumulated under my bathroom sink. I cannot recommend this product enough. especially to someone with similar hair to mine. $20 is definitely worth it. which says something since I get decent curls from cheaper products.

This is the best gel I have found! It does not dry my hair out. Works in smooth and helps create beautiful curls. Walmart's price was the lowest I could find; less than Ulta and amazon.

My hair was frizzy and dry and this shampoo and conditioner made my curly hair so much more manageable

I've been really impressed with how well the Olaplex No. 10 Bond Shaper works for my curls. It defines and holds shape beautifully without leaving that dreaded crunchy or sticky feeling. My curls look soft, bouncy, and natural—definitely one of the more effective curl creams I've used. However, I'm docking one star because the bottle arrived with a poor seal and had leaked significantly during shipping. Disappointing for a premium product and price point. I hope Olaplex improves the packaging quality going forward, because the formula itself is excellent.
