our teachers melatonin gummies to help me go to sleep. I'm 72 years old and suffer from primary arthritis sleep apnea emphysema COPD Etc. and when they're acting up it's hard to sleep. so I take one of these gummies and I'm able to fall asleep and wake up refreshed. I'm not a doctor but I know what works for me. highly recommend

I usually use liquid gel sleep aid so I was a little skeptical about trying this. But I'm glad I did, it seems to work better than the regular sleep aid. I'm asleep within an hour of taking it.

I've used these for about 3 years now. This bottle was the first for the gummies to be all melted together!! I can still tear them apart though, but I have to be careful--can you imagine overdosing on melatonin?? hehe

These have helped me so much. I was waking up late then couldn’t sleep. It made me nuts. These helped me sleep through the night. If I was woken up, I was able to return to sleep.

These are easy to chew and digest. My wife uses them for her anxiety and they do wonders for her. She states swallowing these are easy unlike some others she has tried.

This works very well in calming and making you sleepy so you can relax. I actually go to sleep quickly using this product. I've used melatonin before with no effect but I think it's the L-Theanine that's most effective.

Overall, these are excellent for occasional sleep support — especially on nights when I just need a little help unwinding and drifting off. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who struggles to get to sleep but doesn’t want to deal with grogginess the next day.

this stuff works excellent. I take two about a half an hour before I go to bed and I am out like a light and I don't wake up groggy or anything. I would definitely recommend it. I love it!

I am extremely disappointed with Walmart’s delivery! My items were originally supposed to be delivered next day, however, the lazy driver returned my item back to the store, and I’ve been waiting for days for red delivery and or refund to my bank account because the delivery driver was lazy and didn’t bother to use my gate code to deliver my products!!!! SERIOUSLY, I suggest you fire this driver and get a new competent one so your customers do not have to wait for their deliveries!!!

These do not work for me compared to results I’ve had from other brands. These taste like candy but they do not help me fall asleep. I’ve taken three one time just to see if that would knock me out or if my tolerance was too high, but still nothing. There are so many better ones on the market with better results, especially for the price!
