They actually work great my nails and hair started to grow faster with in the week , I do not take these for pregnancy, I take them for my bones , hair , nails they also help with the glow on your face !

The only thing I didn't like was the metal taste.
These taste like fish. Not deliciously cooked salmon or shrimp but under the sea fish. Nasty as heck. I got these because I wasn't able to take my other prenatal vitamins but I can't take these either. What a waste of money. Yuck,Yuck, yuck. Nasty! I'm not being dramatic.
These are the most awful tasting vitamin gummies ive ever had . They taste like your chewing on a iron vitamin .
I would not purchase this again. This has a very fishy taste. I was unable to finish the bottle and got a different brand.
