I take mine at 7:00 p.m. at night so I can get up at 5:00 a.m. it is something that you have to get used to it's kind of not close to the diphenhydramine that I take I'm less drowsy in the morning. but it does work it does put you to sleep and you must make sure you do get 8 hours of sleep. I wake up in the middle of the night sometimes but it really works

Wow! My ADHD medication had caused severe sleep deprivation, with me seriously not sleeping 💤… I would literally not sleep for days on end, then doze for an hour or two at night… and be exhausted during the day. This is horrible for one’s health and one’s brain. My PCP prescribed a sleeping pill that was supposed to not have any scary side effects… but it didn’t work. This tiny pill? One that’s basically an antihistamine? No, not Benadryl- that doesn’t work and is terrible for anyone long term (look it up). This is much safer, and I’m astounded that a 25 mg pill, ONE tiny pill can work so well to make me go to sleep and KEEP me asleep 😴 for 6-8 hours! What a blessing this is! The first time I took it got me 4 hours. I mean, HALLELUJAH and a happy dance 💃🏽! The second got me 6 hours, and now it’s a good 7-8 of restful sleep. I canNOT remember when I’ve slept so well, and I wake up feeling GOOD- not groggy. Not with any weird feelings or anything. I hope that it will help YOU get some better sleep 💤 and rest… 💖

a little expensive but great for those nights when you have a hard time sleeping. works much better than nightquill brand of sleep aide which is only benadryl. this one works a little different. you dont feel groggy the next day from it. taste not so great but then again alot medication doesnt taste so good.

I’ve had a hard time sleeping and I’ve been trying to find the best over-the-counter drug that will put me to sleep and my cousin suggested Unisom. I took one pill and I was out. I didn’t wake up the next morning feeling sluggish or anything I will be using this continuously moving forward great product.

My doctor recommended that I take half a tablet to sleep at night. So far this is helping me sleep better. I have no side effects the next morning and wake up feeling refreshed.

For OTC Unisom works best for me. I suffer from insomnia so it takes four (4) tabs just like the other otc sleep aids. I have tried them all and Unisom is the over all winner for me!

I've been taking these for a few years. I don't tolerate Diphenhydramine very well but the ones made with Doxylamine Succinate work very well and I can tolerate this a lot better. I highly recommend if you need help with getting to sleep and staying asleep as long as you need. I'm not groggy the next day.

I've had insomnia for years. Pros: As long as I don't eat any food before bedtime, this pill does tip me into tired/sleep mode. I have to go to bed on an empty stomach for it to work. Take with water: no sugar Cons: This pill has a bitter taste, but not a big deal because it's small and goes down fast. I switched from the other Unisom (benedryl equivalent) tablet to this one because the other pill was raising my blood pressure. This was confirmed during a hospital stay by the nurse who took my BP just before and 1 hour after taking 25MG benedryl (they have the same active ingredient). If I have caffeine before taking this pill, it doesn't work for me. If I eat before bed and take this pill a little later, this pill has zero effect on me. Again, take it on an empty stomach.

I was having a hard time falling asleep so after going through the reviews I decided to grab this. Within 20mins after taking I felt the effects so went with it and headed to bed. I did wake back up a few hours later but almost immediately went back to sleep and it continued this cycle all day. I’m not sure if it was the med or maybe just my lack of sleep but it worked but I think next time I’m going to just take half a tab. Although I do enjoy my sleep I didn’t really intend to waste one of my weekend days off sleeping the day away.
