Oneida Harding 20-Piece Black Satin Stainless Steel Flatware Set (Service for 4)

This flatware looks amazing in my home. I was nervous about a matte black set but I'm so happy with this set. They look attractive and I like the simple clean lines look of them. I'm a tall man with rather large hands and the size and weight of each piece are perfect for me. I have hard water so water spots are inevitable with any flatware set I own but these are easy to shine up.

We knew we wanted unique flatware to go with our Yellowstone dinnerware, and these Oneida black stainkess steel cutlery sets were the perfect pairing. Every person who has used them so far have nothing but compliments on how well they are made and their appearance. Dinnertime has never looked so pretty!

First, I'll just start by saying that I am extremely picky when it comes to silverware. I do not like cheap and flimsy silverware nor do I like overly extravagant silverware and this set met, it actually exceeded my expectations.! I absolutely love them!

This is the third set I have purchased of this flatware so that we now have service for 12. These replaced some older black flatware that had tarnished in spots. While these are quite similar to the older set we had, I like the shape and weight of these even better. Time will tell whether or not the finish holds up, but I have no doubt the pieces will remain functional for a very long time.

Great quality and weight. This set feels great in my hand and can be used for casual or formal dinner. Very pleased with product. Worth the extra dollars.

I took my time finding the right flatware that I'd be happy with. Didn't want it to feel too lightweight or be too fancy for everyday use. I came across these and they fit my families needs perfectly! I love the design and weight of them. I will say, I follow the instructions as to ensure they last as long as possible. Such as, hand washing them right after use and drying them. So far so good!

A few forks have rusted. Some of the black has come off the handles. $100 for garbage. So disappointed.

was really excited about this matte black flatware—it looks sleek, modern, and makes a great first impression out of the box. But after just a day of using it, I'm already noticing issues. The finish scratches super easily, and a few pieces already have marks just from basic use. For the price, I expected something a lot more durable. It feels like this set is more about the aesthetic than actual quality. If you're buying it just to look nice on a table, maybe it works. But if you actually plan on using it day-to-day, I'd say look elsewhere. Definitely not worth the cost.

Loved this set at first. Looked great, felt great. I appreciated the weight and how sturdy everything was. After a few months the black coating started coming off. So now a lot of the pieces have shiny spots. Really hope the coating isn't toxic or carcinogenic.

The silverware looks amazing for a couple of months and then it starts to rust in between the prongs of the forks and the knives and spoons start to lose their back color. It is advertised that there is a limited lifetime warranty for all defects and Oneida will replace your damaged items, however this is a scam. They have no intention of replacing anything. They admitted to not having the ability to replace this set as it was made strictly for Wal-Mart and other big brand stores. They want you to send them a receipt and then they will give you a store credit for some other kind of silverware on their website, which often costs more than what you originally purchased. Such a scam!!! I haven't even had this for a year yet...some lifetime warranty!!!
