I will definitely get this if you need to use it for school I put it right on my keychain so I have my assignments forever I meant and it loads a little it loads are pretty amount of stuff. I got like two textbooks already on there it's worth to buy also you know this is good to have just because you need to put important documents on there so I do have a few of these and I actually enjoy them so it's worth to buy.
This item was at a great price and was there when I needed it at a low coast to use as a windows 11 disk and I had no problems onn is a good solid brand for most stuff I have used especially there light up large tube party speaker sounded like a premium speaker and had good features but just don't buy the rgb sounded bar I had bad luck buying a used one that did not sound good at all but I like luxury premium products and onn is a very good product when you need it
had a 128gb Gen 3.1 or 2 SanDisk that I was trying to use to just play media files on my onn Roku tv, like x264/5 stuff via Roku media player because it's convenient and needs no hardware other than the tv itself but after 30 to 90 minutes playback it would always freeze and the USB need disconnected and reconnected to resume playback, I actually got an onn 32gb 2.0 to make a recovery drive for my PC unrelated a few months back and tried loading some media on the unused empty partition on the 32gb, and it plays every single thing back hours at a time flawlessly, so that's how I accidentally realized that I think the onn/Roku tv has issues with USB Gen 3 or maybe that specific usb model, but for sure works great with these cheap onn 2.0 drives, I thought it was maybe intentional because they don't want you enjoying your TV that way and it was an intentional software glitch in the tv, Roku, or Roku media player because the drive that kept failing playback on the tv worked fine for every single other task in 4 different devices over like a year including 1 PC and 3 androids, so yeah this writes about like 15mbs which is fine you could load like 100 hours of content in an hour depending on the encoding and your setup, so but yeah, turn your onn Roku tv into a media beast for cheap with this, I've run the new 128 like 20-30 hours so far with 0 issues and I'm very happy to conclude this journey and enjoy the system, *note have no need to run above 1080p so only vouching for up to 1080p x265 working flawlessly, oh and the tv is from late 24 early 25, oh and other TVs have different media player options I didn't research before getting mine I moved and needed it quick and just wanted to share what worked for this specific setup because it was a real process...
It was the exact product that l ordered, and it was in the original manufacturers pack; Also l have already used it yesterday, and l found out that it was working fine, as l had expected. For this reason l am going to buy another higher USB flash drive, having a 64 GB; by next week.
My five stars are based on the last ONN drives I bought. I hope these will work as well, if I can get them out of the hard plastic security cases, Walmart Delivery fail - best help offered is a return. I ordered them tonight because I needed them tonight.
These are great for Smart TV's. to rewind live tv with the antenna. Also great for just transferring pictures to watch on tv and between phones and devices. Best to get the cheap little ones, and stock up. If it goes South, no big deal got more. Safer to loose less than a whole lot at once with larger ones. These are tried and true. although small. A necessity with some older tv's Thats its main use. Great Price!!
I bought this to create an installation media for Linux Mint, so I didn't need it to be anything fancy. I got exactly what I expected: a cheap and usable flash drive to install Linux from. I can't speak to its longevity, really, but it won't be used often so its cycle life should last a while. The tolerances for the sliding mechanism are a little shaky but it's literally a cheap thumb drive so I'm not really going to complain about it.
Yes, I tried this out to save music to play on my stereo (I like to think for myself rather than have a subscription service do it for me, old fashioned, I guess!) and it was $5.98 I think, and it worked fine so I went to order more the next day , and it was $7.98. Gee willikers, how could something like that happen? We both know how. And especially in this economy and in this world situation, it stinks on ice.
Did not work with any of my devices. Devices wouldn't recognize the usb storage, couldn't open drive or save files to it. I threw it away. Unfortunately, it would cost more to drive to my closest Walmart to return it than it would be to buy a better one.
Bought as a back up so didn't check it right away when received, however when I did need it, plugged it in and was not ready to use. Trying to fight with formatting it to work so I still don't know that it will function, I would've been better off getting another slightly more expensive one that would be compatible plug and play. Disappointed.
