My only issue is there are so many buttons on the remote and they are so small I can't read them easily and/or press the wrong one by accident. But I love it otherwise. I just need to figure out how to program it in my universal remote!

A great Blu Ray player with so many added functions, all very easy to use. It is small and easy to place anywhere. Just wish the red sensor light turned off, but is okay and not too bright.

simple and straightforward. great dvd player. my only complaint is the buttons on the remote are sized weird. pause and play, the two just used buttons, are smaller than the rest of them

it has a lot of features that give full control of your dvd playing experience. plays multiple format disc as well as jump drive sticks and photos. ultra clear. remote has so many buttons to allow you to have total control of your device. just as good or better than any name brand famous maker. I have 2 of these. don't pass by onn products. they totally satisfy the high demands for suberb entertainment! 2 thumbs way up!

All features as expected, of good quality. Buyers, remember this Blu-Ray player renders video, AND audio through the single HDMI cable which plugs into the back-plane. However, you must purchase an HDMI audio extraction unit (Walmart, about $24) to take the audio signal from the HDMI cable to a stereo receiver / amplifier. Also, you will need a short HDMI to HDMI cable to connect the player back-plane to the audio extractor. ONN products are a Walmart brand with no significant time in consumer use, so we do not have reliability data. It would be wise to spend a few dollars more on a warranty extension policy, just in case something goes wrong.

I had to return the simple Onn dvd player I had bought to watch movies with the kids because we couldn't play Blue Ray dvds. Then I hot this one because of the price and the size. We're loving it! It's much better quality than the basic one, simpler installation, simpler to use, it has more features like mark a place in the movie to recall. Great buy.

Easy to set up with an HDMI cable and remote batteries included. There is no display panel (I was used to a previous DVD player where I can see “Loading… or Error). The remote is on the smaller size (5.5”x1.5”) so if you have a bigger thumb, you can mistakenly press 2 buttons at a time. Like what a previous reviewer said, the Play/Pause button is in an awkward spot (located just above the Up arrow button and below the smaller Fwd and Prev buttons). It would have been nice if the Play/Pause button protrudes more since it is the most used but I guess I'll get used to it. It does what I need it to do, plays good,sharp movies at a reasonable price.

This is more about the delivery than the item. I requested the package be wrapped in plastic to protect from the rain and it wasn't. Plus, the actual item box was damaged from a box cutter. The damage made it into the interior but luckily didn't appear to damage the blu ray player which was purchased as a gift.

Bought this and had it delivered from the store itself. The box was beyond beat up when it arrived. We decided to try and hook the player up anyways and it wouldn't play a single dvd or bluray, it just sat at the welcome screen but the disc just spun and spun yet never played. Aside from that, the remote has about 200 buttons on it (ok not that many, but much to much for a dvd remote) and I wasn't sure if it was for the player or to control shuttles from NASA.

Going to have to return the machine. First off it didn't work; then worked perfectly; now won't play anything blu ray or dvd. Distorted sound. New HDMI cable and checked connections.
