onn. Full-Motion Spring Arm TV Mount for 23"-65"TVs

It took forever to figure out but this is the configuration for a vizio tv. The only reason I had to figure it out is because I couldn't find my drill bits to make new wholes so O had to use the holes they provided. I love this wall mount and I've had it for a couple of years. I upgraded the size of my tv so I had to use the extension arms that came with the wall mount. Good luck and I hope this helps!!!

This mount is very good. Fells super strong and secure. The range of motion is amazing!

I'm actually satisfied with the product itself. However assembling it started out as a freaking joke when the instructions told us to watch the assembly video that, in fact, did not work while using the app. Luckily, I discovered the video works if you log onto your Walmart account using a web browser, not the app. But even then, the assembly for it was still a joke. They don't use much detail. But once its put together and on your wall.. it still makes it worth it in the end I suppose.

Honestly I think it was a tad overpriced compared to similar devices from Amazon, but it was overall easier to attach to the wall. The instructions were seriously lacking however in fact my television is slightly off angle and I haven't been able to figure out how to correct it. But it's also not especially bothersome.

Complicated and I returned

pretty much no instructions and the barcode scanner with the supposedly video instructions only brought up the purchasing information. NO video. Finally got it installed and happy but took absolutely to much time to figure out.

The worst putting together. So, the attachment to the wall was cake, but configuring the piece to my tv back was impossible. It doesnt tell you anything. Theres no video if you scan from the app. Would have bought a different one had anything but this one been in stock when i went in. Attaching it to my tv is blocking the plugs i need to connect things as well

The manual for this mount was so poorly written despite us trying to attach it to an Onn brand TV. Parts were labeled one way and referred to as another. They used phrases like “size” and “distance” interchangeably in ways that make no sense. The diagrams feature parts that aren't included or explained. Even their own QR code wouldn't work. It brought up an error. The design is also flawed. We bought an Onn brand TV that fit within the size advertised for this mount, yet either the mount is improperly designed or the TV was too light for the mount to ever release the tension allowing us to adjust the height of the TV despite it being within the advertised range of their own brand. Why would they sell a mount that is incompatible with their own TVs? We had to look up multiple videos from random sources to figure out certain parts of the installation and were never able to fix the tension issue with the mount.

Poor quality not resistant at all. May be good for a very small tv like max 24 inches
