It's perfect. It didn't need charging - you can plug it in, or use it on battery, and it was ready to go out of the box. This was a bonus because I needed I use it immediately for an event. The handle is built in and cannot break off, which is nice. After the event we are now using it as a dedicated speaker for our TV system in the garage and I couldn't be happier with it. The sound is amazing! Love the light show- the kids love it too! It can also be turned off for a calmer atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I don't like that you can't customize the lights to your foolish imagination but with that being said everything about this speaker is amazing you get amazing subs you get amazing low end high end and even those mids just right if you want a party speaker for cheap it's going to blow people away this is for you 110%. I've had nothing but good experiences with this I've taken it everywhere I've taken it to work I've taken it outside of taking it to the park I'm taking it fishing I've done literally everything with the speaker and it still surviving to this day and not only that but I got recommended this speaker specifically from a friend so if you're not going to take my word for it take his lol

Love this speaker! Second time buying. While I am a bit upset because this newer one sounds noticeably better than the one I got less than a year ago, when they're paired together you can't tell any difference. So easy to use and the color display is super fun! The bass boost makes the music sound incredible, I hardly use it without. Love how easy it was to pair two together to create a surround sound effect for our tv while we game. Love even more that they're portable and can be used anywhere!

love this speaker. I use it literally all the time. At full volume with the bass boost the battery only lasts about 2.5 hrs. That is decent I suppose, and I'm sure at lower settings it would last longer ( haven't tried-) I just leave it plugged in

I love this box! I dropped it by 1 star for battery life, but it lasted a good 6 hours of full blast music and the bass really shaking. I played mainly classic rock and folk, country, some heavy metal, a little gospel, and once, Beethoven's Pastoral. The sound was great across the board. BTW, all of this was outside in the open… indoors it might be a little overwhelming. I've ordered a mic, we'll see how that works. It is supposed to be able to pair wirelessly with another ONN - I don't have one to try with. Someday!

This item is new, and still in the box. I bought it for my husband for Christmas, and it's wrapped and under the tree. i purchased the exact same one 3 years ago, and it finally quit holding a charge. My husband loved it so much that I bought him a new one for Christmas. Hopefully, it works just as great as the last one he had. I definitely recommend this product to everyone. Thank you

The item comes exactly how it is in the picture and it's very loud. The only thing about it is the battery life may not last that long, but it's still as alone amount of time so overall this speaker is good to get expensive if you like live music and be like outside around the crowd.

this is a very good speaker. I enjoy listening to it and I just love the quality and sound and the light up display and stuff. I think it is a good buy for anybody. you know a young you know young child to adult to older adults. I think everybody would find something they like in this speaker

We love this speaker its great quality and we have purchased it multiple times, but it basically might as well be advertised to be plugged in without a battery. even with the lights shut off the battery life is about 2 hours max. good speaker other than that.

Terrible product. Battery lasts about 6 hours. Will automatically go to full volume upon connecting blasting your ears with terrible quality audio with noticeable distortion. Off is the last setting on the stupid RGB, which should be the default setting. Even with a ‘press and hold' option, still makes no logical sense. Don't waste your money on any Onn products.
