I have used this a lot since purchase. It's light weight enough to use everywhere. Made the wood floors shiny. One thing I really like is the water reservoir? Is at the top. Easy off, easy to fill. Goes further than I thought. So many different attachments and uses. Easy assembly. I recommend .

Love this steam mop. I clean my floors more now than ever. I have 4 cats so before I got this I would mop my floor with whatever cleaning product but now I steam mop more and add a little vinegar to the water to cut out the harsh chemicals. I still mop my floors but not nearly as often.

This steam mop was difficult to fill and didn't hold a lot of water. When it was extended to floor mop length felt as if it would break if pressure was applied. I did not find my laminate floors were cleaned to my standards with this mop. I have used 3 other brands previously and found this one did not live up to expectations. Maybe if the main purpose is handheld steam cleaning with lite floor cleaning it might be sufficient. for our family's needs this product did not work.

it was too heavy, too top heavy to be exact. this made it hard to maneuver. The water tank was real tiny. The motor weighed too much.

This con job of a business is as Scamming as they are, Phone %23 is a scam they will answer and say you are not permitted to call this number, I had them respond to my first email they gave me some directions on information they needed I emailed them back and they didn't respond so in past 3 weeks I have sent upwards of 30 emails and still no response so you will not encounter any Professionalism from these guys

71 people were scammed of their money. This product dies at exactly the 3 month mark which is just outside the Walmart return window. Walmart nor this company will refund your money or make the product right. The '4 star' review is fake.
