Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy Hydration + Focus Pre Workout Powder Grape 9.5 oz

The taste is amazing and tolerable unlike many other energy powders. The boost is great but fades QUICKLY. It doesn't make it through a workout. This is a boost you'll need to take after you arrive at the gym. The container is misleading to the amount you actually get. The container is about half to a quarter empty upon opening. One of these will last about 2 weeks with taking 2 scoops daily.

I've been taking this Amino acid supplement for many years before I work out at the gym. I like the fact that the caffeine comes from natural sources such as green tea just the right amount of energy without being too over the top two scoops before you go to work out good little energy burst I would highly recommend it really with no side effects after the fact, not keeping you awake at night.

I love this grape one. I do add grape water flavoring as the taste is super light. I get energy but it doesn't last more than an hour. Which is fine because it's just getting to the gym and starting workout that I need the boost for. I haven't noticed any other benefit.

This was a great way to get my Amino Acids. It was locally accessible at Walmart, not overly expensive, and taste great. Definitely noticed the benefits.

The flavor was amazing, and it did in fact give me energy and I was more focused. I highly recommend this if someone is looking for something other than coffee to keep them awake

It is a great refreshing drink. I do have to shake it many times before I finish as the powder struggles to fully desolve so it will settle in the bottom of my water bottle.

very good and mild energy effects, not too overwhelming with caffeine content. very refreshing strawberry flavor and can always take a extra scoop if needed for extra energy. nice price point

I started drinking this every morning,it helps me to get through a 8 hr day. The flavors are wonderful sometimes I add it to my lemonade for a extra boost.. Great product, Walmart has a great price. Thank you!!

I'm not sure that I'm getting anything out of this.... I use it as the directions tell you to, but I don't belive I've found any energy from it, like I do with other pre workout mixes.

it says same great taste but it's not. it tastes like childrens cough syrup. I made the mistake of buying this one when I thought it was the original, this one is with hydration. I have been buying the original for over 7 years they cannot claim the taste is the same.
